We have built two of these, and sold them before they were completed. Our most popular floor plan, we are getting ready to build 4 more of these, starting summer 2016. This house seems much larger than it is at about 2800 square feet, and combines the wide open first floor with the Oklahoma farmhouse look of stacked bedrooms. The one that everyone will fight over to stay in is the crows nest, which is a third floor unit with a vaulted ceiling and wood beams. This little hideaway is three stories up, and has a private deck that gives the occupants a view of about 10 miles up the lake. You don’t hear anything up in this bedroom, and the view from there is like the Mediterranean. All four bedrooms have private baths, and the house has 4 decks/porches, as well as the lower level deck that lets you hang out over the lake like a gangplank, providing an incredible vista while sitting outside by the fireplace.
